Primary Renter: 18+ years with government photo ID (driver's license, passport, or ID card) and a credit card.
Additional Drivers: 16+ years with government photo ID. Parent/guardian-signed waiver required if under 18.
Passengers: Any age with a parent/guardian-signed waiver if under 18. Passengers cannot drive. Minimum age 4 years.
Maximum capacity per Jet Ski: 2 adults + 1 child, or 1 adult + 2 children. Max 3 people total.
Security Deposit: $500 per Jet Ski, due at pick-up. Cash, credit/debit card, or e-transfer.
Booking Deposit: $50 per Jet Ski, due at booking completion.

A $500 security deposit per Jet Ski is required to encourage safe operation and cover potential damages. Follow safety briefings and operating instructions to avoid losing your deposit.
Payable by cash, credit/debit card, or e-transfer at check-in. Refunded after your rental, assuming no damage or policy violations.

1 HR: Local Area (Pickering Waterfront)
2 HR: Above + Scarborough Bluffs (West) or Whitby Harbour (East)
3 HR: Above + Toronto Harbourfront (West) + Woodbine Beach, or Oshawa Harbour (East)
4 HR: Above + Humber Bay (West) or Cobourg Harbour (East)
These recommended times allow you to reach and enjoy the destinations without running late. If you plan to visit any of these areas, book your time according to this chart. Late fees apply outside of your booked rental period.

No, fuel is not included. At the end of your rental, we will refuel the equipment and charge you based on the Scarborough Bluffs Marina pump rate on the day of return.

Typical fuel consumption is $30-$60 per hour, depending on how fast you ride, how far you go, and the total weight on the machine.

Yes, children aged 4 and older are welcome as passengers. Please bring a properly-fitted lifejacket for each child - children's lifejackets are not provided.
Remember: max 3 per Jet Ski (2 adults + 1 child, or 1 adult + 2 children). Total weight limit 400 lbs.
Note: Passengers are weather-permitting. On days with rougher water conditions, we may restrict to solo riders only. We'll let you know at check-in.

First-time riders are welcome - no experience necessary. Before heading out, we provide an onshore lesson covering machine operation and safety, answer all your questions, and ensure you're comfortable and confident on the water.
Our Sea-Doos have brake and reverse functions, making them more intuitive than you might expect - similar to riding a bike without pedaling.

Each Jet Ski accommodates a maximum of 3 people:
- 2 adults + 1 child, or
- 1 adult + 2 children
Total weight limit: 400 lbs. Exceeding weight limits increases the risk of rolling during turns and maneuvers, potentially leading to flipping.
Note: Carrying passengers is weather-permitting. On days with rougher water conditions, we may restrict rentals to solo riders only for safety. We'll let you know at check-in.

Jet Skis cannot be shared among group members during a booking. Once you've departed, you cannot return to pick up others. If someone in your group wishes to come back early, our staff can assist.
For large groups, each person should have their own booking.
Rentals have a maximum time limit of 4 hours.

GTA Lake Rentals Ltd. carries a $2 million general commercial liability insurance policy, providing coverage for you, your family, and friends in case of accidents on the water. Enjoy peace of mind while having fun on our Jet Skis.

We issue temporary boating licenses (Rental Boat Safety Checklist) to all guests - our staff are trained and certified by Transport Canada.
Already have your own PCOC (Pleasure Craft Operator Card)? Bring it and present it at check-in.

All our Jet Skis are located on the water at Frenchman's Bay Marina - ready to ride. No towing or trailering required.

Cancellations or reschedules made 48+ hours before rental start time: Full refund or credit (your choice).
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of rental start time: Booking deposit is forfeited.
No-shows: Booking deposit is forfeited.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule reservations at any time due to policy violations or safety concerns.

GTA Lake Rentals Ltd. monitors weather conditions throughout the day and may cancel or reschedule bookings if conditions become unsafe. If we cancel due to weather, you'll receive a full refund or credit (your choice) and we'll contact you by phone to arrange the details.
Note: You will get wet while riding a Jet Ski - light rain alone won't affect your experience.
Passenger Restrictions: On days with rougher water conditions, we may restrict rentals to solo riders only (no passengers). This is a safety decision made at our discretion and communicated at check-in.

Private Marina Parking: $15/vehicle at Frenchman's Bay Marina (591 Liverpool Rd, Pickering, ON, L1W 1R1). Pass issued upon arrival. Fee collected on behalf of the marina.
Pickering Public Parking: $5/hour

Guests receive a key to access the marina washrooms and changerooms upon check-in.

We don't have individual lockers for personal items. However, you may leave sensitive items with our staff and we'll lock them in our admin area. You can also bring items with you on board the Jet Ski - each machine has a storage bin for personal items and a glove box for valuables.
